About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions for a strategic transformation program within a global leader in logistics and transportation. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Machine Learning, and AI platform architecture. The role requires working closely with business stakeholders to define AI strategy, architect scalable solutions, and drive AI adoption across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and deliver enterprise AI and Generative AI architecture.
• Design solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and multimodal AI capabilities.
• Evaluate, select, and implement open-source and commercial AI models, including Mistral, Hugging Face, and other leading AI ecosystems.
• Establish AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.
• Lead AI solution deployment across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to identify high-value AI use cases.
• Drive AI innovation initiatives and proof-of-concepts through production deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and engineering teams. Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and advanced analytics.
• Proven experience implementing Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in:
• Generative AI & LLMs

• AI Agents / Agentic AI
• Prompt Engineering
• Vector Databases
• Machine Learning & Deep Learning
• Hands-on experience with:
• Python
• LangChain
• LlamaIndex
• Hugging Face
• PyTorch / TensorFlow
• Azure OpenAI / AWS Bedrock / GCP Vertex AI
• Strong understanding of MLOps, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and model lifecycle management.
• Experience designing scalable AI solutions for large enterprises. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Mistral AI and European AI ecosystems.
• Experience within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or maritime industries.
• Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy, and EU AI regulations.
• Consulting or client-facing experience in large-scale digital transformation programs.
