• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and system issues
• Provide remote and on-site technical support
• Respond to customer incidents and work towards fast resolution
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
• Travel to data centre and customer sites when required
• Work closely with customers and our technical teams What we’re looking for:
• Experience in technical support, field service, service engineering or a similar role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and a customer-focused mindset
• Basic knowledge of servers, networking or IT/OT environments
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 support environment Experience with Inductive Automation Ignition, SCADA, industrial automation or data centre environments is a strong advantage — but not essential. 🚗 Important: You must be able to travel to customer/data centre locations within 6–8 hours when dispatched.
