By creating bearings and solutions for everything from industrial applications to vehicles, SKF plays an essential role in our everyday lives. Expert Total Rewards, Payroll & Workforce Governance EMEA
- SKF Automotive Business You will be the regional expert for compensation, benefits, payroll governance and workforce-related compliance across EMEA Region. You will coordinate local and group stakeholders to drive governance, consistency and continuous improvement through expertise and hands-on delivery
Key responsibilities
1. Total Rewards, Benefits, Pension and Insurance Governance
• Govern EMEA compensation, benefits, pensions and employer-funded insurance, including annual compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, pay ranges and reward-related approvals with group and local stakeholders.
• Drive pay transparency, pay equity and benefit harmonization in line with local requirements and market practices, while coordinating brokers, insurers and benefit providers to ensure quality, cost transparency, compliance and risk awareness. 2. Payroll, Social Security and Employment Tax Governance
• Govern EMEA payroll standards, controls and provider oversight, working with local HR, Finance and external providers to strengthen accuracy, compliance and process reliability.
• Coordinate social security, employment tax, statutory contributions and remote work topics, while monitoring regulatory developments, supporting audits and reducing compliance and business risk. 3. Regional Coordination, Workforce Governance and Risk
• Coordinate local Compensation & Benefits and payroll experts across key EMEA countries, establishing common standards, practical guidance, templates and governance while keeping execution close to the business.
• Establish governance dashboards, key controls, audit readiness and action tracking to identify trends and drive prioritized improvements. Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, payroll or workforce governance, with strong multi-country exposure.
• Strong payroll knowledge and experience coordinating internal stakeholders and external providers across multiple countries including practical exposure to different social security, benefits, insurance and payroll environments
• Experience in transformation, integration, operating model build-up or harmonization, with the ability to drive change and deliver hands-on solutions.
• Strong analytical, business judgment and communication skills in English; additional EMEA languages are beneficial. You will enjoy working here if you have…
