About MAISON de SABRÉ MAISON de SABRÉ is a globally recognised luxury leather maison redefining modern accessories through design, craftsmanship, and personalisation. Operating across DTC, department stores, marketplaces, collaborations, and international retail, we are entering a new phase of global growth. We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our boutique at Le Bon Marché in Paris, with responsibility for the team, client experience, day-to-day operations, and commercial performance. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key international retail location and play an important role in the continued growth of MAISON de SABRÉ in Paris.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the boutique. Oversee daily operations, floor management, opening and closing, and ensure a consistently high standard of client experience. Drive performance. Own sales and KPI targets, using strong commercial judgement and exceptional service to drive store performance. Lead and develop the team. Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Client Advisors, setting clear expectations and maintaining high standards across the team. Build client relationships. Develop relationships with new and returning clients, grow a strong local client book, and drive repeat business through thoughtful clienteling. Represent the brand. Bring MAISON de SABRÉ’s products, materials, craftsmanship, and brand story to life through confident and informed storytelling. Maintain store standards. Ensure visual merchandising, product presentation, stock accuracy, and day-to-day operations are maintained to a high standard. Own store performance. Monitor daily sales and team performance, report on key KPIs, share insights with the wider business, and identify opportunities for improvement. What We're Looking For Proven management or supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail, ideally within a department store environment. Fluent French and professional English
- both are essential. Strong clienteling skills and a service-first approach, ideally with an existing Paris clientele. Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with sales targets and retail KPIs. A hands-on leader who can coach, motivate, and hold a team to high standards. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day store operations. A strong understanding of luxury retail, craftsmanship, and elevated client service. Nice to Have Existing relationships within Le Bon Marché or the wider Paris luxury retail community. Previous experience managing a branded retail space within a leading department store.
