About The Role
We're looking for wildlife and habitat conservation scientists to help shape how AI understands biodiversity protection and ecosystem management. Your field expertise will directly influence the accuracy and reliability of AI systems being used in one of the most important scientific domains of our time. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work on your own schedule while contributing to cutting-edge AI development. Organization: Alignerr (Powered by Labelbox) Type: Hourly / Task-based Contract

Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Review AI-generated wildlife and habitat conservation scenarios for scientific accuracy Assess the quality of ecological reasoning and proposed conservation strategies Identify unrealistic assumptions, flawed methodologies, or misapplied conservation concepts Provide clear, structured feedback that improves the ecological validity of AI outputs Work independently and asynchronously to complete task-based assignments on your own schedule Who You Are 3+ years of hands-on experience in wildlife biology, ecology, or habitat conservation Strong foundational knowledge of biodiversity principles and ecosystem management Able to critically evaluate applied ecological reasoning presented in written form Comfortable reviewing and annotating structured scientific content Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable Nice to Have Graduate degree in Ecology, Wildlife Biology, Conservation Science, or a related field Experience in field research or managing conservation programs Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows Why Join Us Work on cutting-edge AI projects with top research labs Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration Apply your conservation knowledge in a high-impact, innovative context Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
