渠道财经经理 岗位名称：Channel Financial Controller 一、岗位职责 1. 渠道财务管理
• 负责法国和英国市场渠道业务的财务管理，确保有效的财务管控及业务绩效监控。
• 管理渠道预算、销售费用、返利及促销费用，确保各项支出符合业务目标。
• 监控渠道盈利能力、毛利率及投资回报率（ROI），识别潜在风险及改进机会。 2. 财务分析与业务规划
• 定期编制并分析法国和英国渠道业务的财务报告。
• 跟踪销售业绩、渠道费用、盈利能力及预算使用情况，为业务决策提供有针对性的分析和建议。
• 开展财务预测及预算差异分析，识别实际业绩与预算之间的偏差，并提出改进措施。
• 与销售团队及渠道团队密切合作，支持业务规划及财务决策。 3. 财务管控与合规
• 确保财务报告的准确性，并遵守法国和英国适用的财务政策、税务要求及内部控制流程。
• 监督渠道相关付款、返利及费用报销，确保其准确性并符合公司政策。
• 就相关财务事项与当地财务团队及外部服务供应商进行协调。
• 与欧洲（EU）及总部（HQ）的财务部门进行协调。 4. 跨部门协作
• 与当地销售、渠道及财务团队紧密合作，提高财务透明度及业务绩效。
• 为业务相关方提供财务支持及建议，协助优化渠道投资和资源配置。
• 支持财务管理流程及报告工具的实施与优化。 二、任职要求
• 财务、会计、经济学或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• 具备财务控制、商业财务、销售财务或相关岗位的工作经验。
• 扎实掌握财务分析、预算管理、成本控制及盈利能力分析等专业知识。
• 熟练使用 Excel 及财务报告工具。
• 具备较强的数据分析能力、注重细节，并能够将财务数据转化为可执行的业务建议。
• 中文和英语可作为日常工作语言；具备法语能力者优先。
• 具备渠道销售或消费电子行业相关经验者优先。 工作地点： 法国-巴黎（Paris, France） Responsibilities 1. Channel Financial Management
• Oversee financial management for the channel business in France and the UK, ensuring effective financial control and business performance monitoring.
• Manage channel budgets, sales expenses, rebates, and promotional spending to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor channel profitability, gross margins, and return on investment (ROI), identifying potential risks and improvement opportunities. 2. Financial Analysis and Business Planning
• Prepare and analyze regular financial reports for the French and UK channel businesses.
• Track sales performance, channel expenses, profitability, and budget utilization, providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Conduct financial forecasting and variance analysis, identifying deviations from budget and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with sales and channel teams to support business planning and financial decision-making. 3. Financial Control and Compliance
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable financial policies, tax requirements, and internal control procedures in France and the UK.
• Monitor channel-related payments, rebates, and expense claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with local finance teams and external service providers on relevant financial matters.
• Coordinate with EU & HQ finance Dpt. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with local sales, channel, and finance teams to improve financial transparency and business performance.
• Provide financial support and recommendations to business stakeholders, helping optimize channel investments and resource allocation.
• Support the implementation and improvement of financial management processes and reporting tools. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in financial controlling, commercial finance, sales finance, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, cost control, and profitability management.
• Advanced skills in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Chinese and English proficiency for daily business communication; French is a plus.
• Experience in channel sales or the consumer electronics industry is an advantage.
