• Our human mission is to support our consultants in their personal and professional development Project Context: We are looking for a Senior System Engineer to support the operation, modernization and evolution of enterprise IT infrastructure in the Basel region. You will work in a hybrid infrastructure environment, combining on-premises technologies with cloud services, while contributing to infrastructure improvement and transformation projects. Your
Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Manage virtualized infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations and modernization projects.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure incidents and performance issues.
• Contribute to cloud integration and hybrid infrastructure initiatives.
• Implement security, monitoring, backup and automation improvements.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation. Key
Skills:
• Strong experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Experience with VMware vSphere or similar virtualization technologies.
• Good understanding of networking, DNS, DHCP and infrastructure security.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments.
• PowerShell scripting and automation skills are an advantage.
• Experience with backup, monitoring and disaster recovery solutions.
Your Profile
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on technical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with infrastructure teams.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
• Based in Switzerland or willing to work in the Basel region. Speak soon
