• Proposing and testing short, medium, and long-term RAN strategy evolutions for Hua and Ericsson networks: spectral strategies, new features, mobility strategies, load management, energy efficiency, hardware configuration evolution strategies, and decommissioning of 2G/3G technologies.
• Conducting network consistency checks: RF and transmission performance audits, and controller health checks.
• Supporting radio design activities: coverage and capacity studies.
• Analyzing traces: field measurements and end-to-end assessments. The Ideal Profile You hold a master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering (BAC+5 equivalent) and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in radio optimization, with at least 2 years in a similar position. • End-to-end protocol analysis (Anritsu, Exfo, etc.)
