Marketing Instructor (AI Training)

About The Role
What if your marketing knowledge could directly influence how the next generation of AI understands business strategy, consumer behavior, and brand positioning? We're looking for experienced marketing educators to evaluate and improve AI-generated content — helping ensure AI systems think and reason like real marketing professionals. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role powered by Alignerr (powered by Labelbox), one of the leading platforms for AI training and data labeling.

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do
• Review AI-generated marketing questions, scenarios, and explanations used in AI training datasets
• Evaluate the quality of reasoning around brand positioning, messaging strategy, and go-to-market planning
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the accuracy and real-world relevance of AI outputs
• Apply your teaching experience to identify common misconceptions or gaps in marketing reasoning
• Work independently and asynchronously — on your schedule, around your existing commitments Who You Are
• 3+ years of experience teaching marketing at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and business communications
• Able to critically assess written strategic reasoning and business recommendations
• Skilled at providing constructive, structured, and actionable feedback
• Self-motivated and reliable — comfortable working independently toward project deadlines Nice to Have
• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Hands-on industry experience in marketing, brand management, or growth roles
• Familiarity with AI systems, content evaluation workflows, or data labeling platforms Why Join Us
