A glimpse into the role As a Spare Parts Coordinator, your core responsibility is preparing quotations for spare parts, replacement pumps, and third-party products. Day-to-day, that means reviewing customer requests, interpreting technical specifications, and producing accurate offers. When the specification is ambiguous, you'll liaise with engineering teams to clarify what's needed before committing to a quote. You'll report to the Team Lead, Spare Parts, within the Sales Operations Europe organization. Success in this role looks like quotations that are technically sound, commercially accurate, and delivered without unnecessary delay. You're comfortable picking up the phone to an engineering contact when a specification needs clarifying, and you don't need to be the loudest voice in the room to be effective. Experience preparing quotations or working in a technical sales support or spare parts environment Familiarity with mechanical or hydraulic components — pumps, valves, or seals — at least to the level of reading and interpreting product specifications Clear written and verbal communication in English and French Attention to detail when matching customer needs to the correct parts or products Comfort working within a defined reporting structure while managing your own workload day-to-day We also imagine that you are someone who applies consistently across all backgrounds and brings a straightforward, methodical approach to technical detail.
