Job Description
Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Recipe Manager / Functional Test Manager responsible for ensuring that tested application components comply with functional specifications related to existing Information Systems (IS), new developments, incident corrections, and new products. The role will involve setting up user test environments, receiving and validating test components, designing and executing functional acceptance tests, and coordinating cross-functional testing involving the application and partner applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in functional testing and acceptance, a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders across multiple teams. Experience Required
• 5+ years of professional experience in functional acceptance testing / software testing
• Proven experience in manual functional testing
• Hands-on experience defining and executing test strategies
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Experience coordinating testing activities across multiple applications or teams

Key Responsibilities
Functional Testing & Acceptance
• Define and execute functional acceptance test scenarios, with particular focus on cross-functional and end-to-end testing.
• Develop test scenarios based on functional requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure tested elements comply with functional specifications for:
• Existing Information Systems
• New developments
• Incident corrections
• Product enhancements and new products
• Establish and validate user test environments.
• Receive, verify, and validate components delivered for testing.
• Execute manual functional tests and document results through structured test reports.
• Identify, analyze, document, and follow up on defects and anomalies.
• Participate in the validation and acceptance of application releases. Cross-Functional Testing
• Coordinate and execute end-to-end tests involving the application and partner applications.
• Work closely with development, product, business, and technical teams to define cross-application test scenarios.
• Coordinate test dependencies, test data, environments, and execution schedules with external stakeholders.
• Ensure appropriate coverage of business flows across integrated systems. Test Strategy & Automation
• Contribute to and implement comprehensive functional testing strategies.
• Define scenarios suitable for future test automation.
• Prepare detailed test cases and scenarios to support automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with automation teams to identify suitable candidates for automated testing.
• Support continuous improvement of testing practices and processes. Test Data & Environment Management
• Support the preparation, configuration, and validation of test datasets.
• Set up and maintain user/test environments required for functional acceptance.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve environment and test-data-related issues. Application Support & Continuous Improvement
• Support the maintenance of Information Systems in operational condition.
• Participate in anomaly analysis and resolution activities.
• Analyze user feedback and contribute to identifying application improvements.
• Participate in the validation of application evolutions and corrective releases. Test Repository Management
• Maintain and organize the functional test repository.
• Ensure test scenarios and test cases remain up to date with application changes.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, acceptance criteria, test cases, and test results. Key Deliverables

• 5+ years of experience in acceptance testing / software testing
• Strong experience in manual functional testing
• Strong understanding of comprehensive testing strategies
• Experience defining and executing functional acceptance strategies

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders outside the immediate team

The candidate should be comfortable working with business and technical stakeholders, preparing test data and environments, executing acceptance tests, analyzing anomalies, and contributing to the evolution of testing and automation practices.
