Help both GIS and non-GIS users build confidence and skills. Drive adoption by making successes visible and celebrating achievements. Bridge the gap between business and IT by clearly articulating the value of GIS. Collaborate effectively with both technical specialists and business stakeholders across diverse organizations. In this role, you will: Act as a strategic advisor, guiding clients on the deployment and development of GIS. Serve as a sounding board for innovation challenges and emerging developments. Support the formulation and execution of strategies, roadmaps, and annual plans. Identify opportunities and barriers in technology adoption—and proactively address them. Lead workshops and strategic sessions to clarify client challenges and priorities. Monitor progress and make realized value and results visible. Foster knowledge development and sharing within the organization. What we require: An HBO or WO degree, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience, enabling you to independently tackle complex challenges. Extensive knowledge of GIS and IT architecture, essential for providing sound, content-driven advice to clients. Strong analytical skills and insight into business processes, allowing you to translate strategic goals into concrete actions. Experience with program and project management, to deliver initiatives in a structured and successful manner. Knowledge of or interest in change management and technology adoption, crucial for sustainable client implementation. Facilitation skills for workshops and strategic sessions, enabling you to effectively guide client discussions. Experience in stakeholder management, allowing you to navigate diverse interests and organizational environments. Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
