About The Role
Within ECR Environnement, our teams of surveying geomatics specialists carry out a wide range of surveying, mapping, and network-related services for public and private clients. As Head of the Geomatics Service (H/F), you will be responsible for the technical, commercial, and operational management of the activity, leveraging your substantial experience in topography and monitoring. In this role, you will: Commercially develop the surveying and monitoring activities and manage client relations; Respond to tenders, prepare technical and financial proposals, and monitor their successful implementation; Organize, plan, and coordinate team interventions; Oversee project execution; Supervise, support, and develop the skills of service staff; Ensure the technical quality of deliverables, adherence to deadlines, cost control, and compliance with regulatory requirements; Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service. You will be autonomous and accountable for your projects up to final invoicing. You will also provide operational support on high-value-added missions, including: Building surveys; Topographic surveys and setting-out; As-built plans and network reporting; Monitoring; 3D activities; Participation in and organization of detection, network reporting, and buried infrastructure services; Specialized studies for electrical, gas, and fiber-optic networks. You will serve as a true technical reference, fostering a positive work environment, promoting team communication and cohesion, and supporting the growth of the activity in alignment with the agency’s strategic objectives.
