- *Job Description:**
- Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for a *Quality Development Architect* (f/m) to join our *Central Quality Organization (QMD)* based in *Toulouse, France*.

- Your challenges:*
- Define quality process architecture and integrate manufacturing quality requirements into development projects (nextGen).
- Evaluate technology maturity (TRL/MRL) during gate reviews in collaboration with Engineering and Production.
- Support Manufacturing Engineering in deploying preventive quality standards (PFMEA, SPC, MSA) on technology projects.
- Conduct machine capability studies on automated solutions using recognized statistical methods.
- Lead root cause analysis (8D/9S) and collect lessons learned to continuously improve the quality system.
- Your boarding pass:*
- Background in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering combined with profound professional experience.
- Technical expertise in composite technologies, robotics, automation, and statistical methods.
- Mastery of preventive quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan) and APQP framework (ref. 9145).
- Knowledge of Aviation, Space and Defense QMS requirements (AS/EN 9100 or ISO 9001) and complex problem solving (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
- Fluent English (written/spoken) and transnational mindset willing to travel frequently (Hamburg, Spain).
