Job Summary

Reporting into the VP of EMEA Marketing, as the Senior Director, Marketing - France & Southern EMEA you will have strategic responsibility for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies across the region. You will be the “CMO” of these regions, representing all aspects of marketing, shaping and driving significant growth. This position plays a critical role in driving brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth in the market. The Senior Director will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with global and regional business objectives.

Your Impact

  • You will develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the unique characteristics and opportunities within the France and SEUR region.
  • Act as the trusted business partner to sales & channel executives and own the holistic marketing plan for our segments.
  • Conduct market analysis and collaborate with senior leadership to define regional marketing objectives and KPIs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of 5+ marketing professionals to inspire creativity and disruption.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and excellence in execution.
  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding while adapting strategies to regional nuances.
  • Develop and manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns against budget and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and other cross‑functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate regularly with regional stakeholders to understand market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines in all segment marketing activities and work closely with the global brand team to adapt global strategies to regional requirements.
  • Establish key metrics to measure the success of the segment marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze performance data, generate actionable insights, and make data‑driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to senior sales leadership on segment marketing performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Your Experience

  • Experience in generating new and innovative approaches to problems and challenging the status quo continuously.
  • Demonstrated success acting as the business partner to sales executives, leading change in times of ambiguity.
  • Proven track record as a creative leader willing to be disruptive and initiate positive change.
  • Running outcome‑based ABM & Brand programs to strategic accounts.
  • Solid experience inclusively communicating to ensure diversity of voice is heard, considered, and enabled while empowering others to do the same.
  • Proven experience consistently delivering on expectations and getting the job done.
  • Ability to see and communicate the big picture in an inspiring way. Able to determine opportunities and threats through intimacy with the business and comprehensive analysis of current and future trends.
