About CHR Group
CHR Group brings together technology solutions that help foodservice and hospitality professionals simplify daily operations, ensure compliance and improve business performance.
Our portfolio combines four complementary businesses:
- ePackPro: food safety, HACCP compliance and traceability.
- Andy: operational management for restaurant chains and multisite operators.
- Adoria: purchasing, inventory, food cost and profitability management.
- Rmoni: connected sensors, temperature monitoring and automated alerts.
Following the acquisitions of Andy and Rmoni, and with PSG Equity joining existing investor Verto, the group is entering a new phase of international expansion and product development.
Our ambition is to build a Restaurant OS: a connected ecosystem supporting the operational and economic needs of independent establishments and international chains.
The strategy centres on two differentiated platforms — ePackPro for SMB customers and Andy for Enterprise customers — supported by complementary modules and shared services.
