Cooperate with regional sales and local distributors; improve the satisfaction of end-users;
Support registration work, including installation, maintenance and perform clinical and technical trial;
Responsible for regional technical support (on-line or on-site), make sure the Maglumi system works properly, improve the satisfaction of distributors and end-users;
Collect the Maglumi installation information, and establish relationship and follow up the reference customers;
Give service training to local engineers and establish relationship with engineers from different distributors, keep on guiding and improving their technical skills.
Back‑up other Technical support specialists during heavy workload and when required;

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or above, majoring in medical, bio‑medical engineering, Life science, biology or related disciplines;
At least 2 years’ experience worked in diagnostics instrumentation troubleshooting;
Be able to travel frequently in the interior of the country or neighboring countries;
Excellent communication skills in English;
Excellent capability in business expansion and account management.
