Senior SAP CO Lead Consultant | S/4HANA Transformation | France (Remote)

🚀 Ready to take ownership of a large-scale S/4HANA transformation for a global manufacturing powerhouse?

We're partnering with a leading international chemicals organisation embarking on a major migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA across 36 entities worldwide. As part of this strategic programme, we're looking for a highly experienced SAP CO Lead Consultant to drive the design, configuration and delivery of the Controlling workstream.

The Opportunity

You'll be at the forefront of a global finance transformation, redesigning cost centre management, fixed-cost budgeting and allocation processes while introducing modern S/4HANA capabilities and Fiori applications.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work directly with finance stakeholders, SAP experts and development teams to ensure a successful rollout across Europe, Asia and North America.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Lead the SAP CO workstream within a large-scale ECC to S/4HANA migration

✅ Design and configure SAP CO solutions, including cost centre accounting, fixed cost management and allocation processes

✅ Drive testing, UAT, cutover and go-live activities

✅ Act as the key SAP CO advisor to Finance and Controlling stakeholders

✅ Lead and coordinate development teams throughout the project lifecycle

✅ Work closely with business users to define future-state processes and best practices

What We're Looking For

✔ Extensive SAP CO expertise, ideally gained over 15-20+ years

✔ Proven hands-on S/4HANA configuration experience

✔ Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and migration projects

✔ Experience with Fiori applications and modern finance processes

✔ Deep understanding of Management Accounting and Controlling

✔ Ability to engage confidently with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders

✔ Fluent French and English communication skills

Contract Details

📍 Location: Remote anywhere in France

✈️ Occasional travel to Paris or Lyon

📅 Start: Immediate

⏳ Duration: Initial 12-month contract
