What you will do
- Write patent scenarios from prior-art review through claims and office-action responses.
- Develop reference answers explaining legal and technical decisions.
- Assess output for claim quality, legal soundness and accuracy.
- Flag drafting that would create prosecution problems despite sounding credible.
- Active state-bar admission and registration to practise before the USPTO.
- At least two years in patent prosecution or patent litigation.
- Strong claim-drafting, office-action and prior-art experience.
- Clear written English and at least 10 hours of weekly availability.
- An engineering or science degree.
- Experience across technical areas, PTAB proceedings or patent litigation.
- Remote and asynchronous; minimum 10 hours weekly. xwjxdcb
$100 $147/hr All amounts are in USD. The rate, task scope and schedule are agreed before work begins.
