About the TeamOur team builds the foundations that developers and researchers rely on every day. We design and run an internal development and DevOps platform, built around core technical services, to give our engineers a technical backbone that is powerful, easy to use, and built for productivity.
We're deeply invested in emerging technologies such as AI and Cloud, and we use them to remove friction, automate the repetitive, and let our users focus on what they do best: building great software and cutting-edge research.
Your MissionDevelopers and researchers are your customers. You'll craft the tools and components that make it effortless to build the CFM way, turning our standards into a smooth, even enjoyable, experience. You'll also bring great software solutions into our ecosystem, spread the word across teams, and keep our infrastructure secure, compliant, and ahead of the curve.
What You'll Do- Build tools developers love: design and maintain software components that make adopting CFM development standards simple and frictionless.
- Connect the dots: integrate new software solutions into our ecosystem and drive their adoption across technology teams.
- Be the go-to expert: coach and support development teams, and champion best practices and the tools already in place.
- Stay one step ahead: run tech watch and monitoring for your scope, anticipating the needs of both operational and development teams, while keeping everything secure and compliant.
- Shape the platform: contribute to the evolution of our development and DevOps platform, with a focus on AI and Cloud technologies

What You Bring- 5+ years of hands-on Python development (bonus: C++ and/or Angular/React)
- Solid experience with AWS infrastructure
- A true team-player mindset
- A problem-solver's attitude: you look for solutions, not obstacles
- A real passion for code quality, testing, and helping users succeed
