Tâches

Rattaché au Team Lead, tu seras responsable du développement des ventes Admo sur une agence média définie : annonceurs en direct et contacts agence (équipes Conseil, Multiscreen, Digital…)

Tu rejoindras cette équipe survitaminée de 7 personnes et participeras activement à la success story d’Admo

Missions principales :

• Prospecter et qualifier de nouveaux clients pour alimenter ton portefeuille de marques

• Gestion de l’ensemble du cycle de vente : de la prospection jusqu’à la signature

• Accompagnement des équipes opérationnelles lors des bilans de campagne

• Construire et pérenniser un partenariat avec l’agence média dont tu seras l’interlocuteur/trice privilégié(e)

• Fidéliser les grands comptes grâce aux solutions et à l’accompagnement proposés par Admo

• Pilotage et suivi des actions commerciales via Salesforce

• Participer à la stratégie commerciale et à son optimisation pour atteindre les objectifs de CA

Exigences

Le candidat idéal sera avant tout extrêmement motivé par le fait de rejoindre une startup en pleine croissance et de participer à cette aventure

Tu dois avoir un état d’esprit de chasseur né, de solides compétences relationnelles, un sens aigu des affaires. Si tu as une première expérience réussie avec un scope de prospection d'agence media alors ce poste est fait pour toi

Compétences & qualités requises :

• Excellent communicant en Français comme en Anglais

• Forte ambition commerciale : réaliser 100% de tes objectifs est pour toi le minimum
