Chargeurs PCC Fashion Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager in Paris to succeed an employee approaching retirement. The ideal candidate will manage local clients and brands nominations, with a strong background in the textile or clothing industry, preferably with experience in interlinings. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent sales skills and a deep understanding of the market. The position requires also frequent travel within the country.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Oversee the nomination process, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and potential market opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and client meetings.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management within the textile or clothing industry, with a preference in interlinings.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Willingness to travel when needed.
