Notre Département
Au sein de département Contrôle Qualité, vous aurez pour principale mission l’encadrement de l’équipe Support Process / Ingénierie & Validation composé de 17 personnes. L’équipe Support Process / Ingénierie & Validation CQ a pour objectif d’assurer le soutien aux équipes opérationnelles CQ en termes de performance opérationnelle et qualité. Elle a également en charge la gestion du parc équipements du laboratoire CQ, et la gestion du portefeuille projet.
Rôle
ManagementGérer l’équipe : recrutement, formation, développement des compétences, évaluation de la performance annuelle, gestion des congés.
Partager la direction et la stratégie du département pour garantir l'engagement des équipes.
Remettre en question les comportements inappropriés et applique une politique de discipline le cas échéant.
Coacher et développer les compétences des membres des équipes.
Gestion de la performanceDéfinir la stratégie du service en fonction des objectifs globaux du site et du département.
Définir et suivre des indicateurs de performance et effectuer le suivi au quotidien des objectifs, missions et délivrables du service.
Garantir l’amélioration continue des standards et identifier les opportunités d’amélioration des procédés.
S'assurer que les standards de travail sont respectés et effectuer des process confirmation.
Être capable de diriger la résolution de problèmes, de mettre en place des actions correctives et des indicateurs pour garantir la qualité, la sécurité et la conformité réglementaire de nos produits.
Assurer la compliance des délivrables du département vis-à-vis de la réglementation en vigueur (GMP, règlementation du travail, corporate guidelines, ISO, etc...)
Développer un état d’esprit collaboratif et la cohérence entre les services
Partager l'expertise, le benchmark, favoriser l’innovation et la vision stratégique au sein de l’équipe.
Gestion budgétaireAssurer l’élaboration, le suivi, la gestion et l’optimisation du budget du service en accord avec le budget annuel ou révisé.
Supporter les investissements nécessaires au déploiement de la stratégie du site.
Qualités requises:
Vous êtes titulaire d’un BAC +5 (diplôme d’Ingénieur ou Pharmacien) ou vous avez une expérience équivalente. Vous avez une expérience de 3-5 ans minimum en management dans le domaine de l’industrie Pharmaceutique. Vous avez un excellent relationnel et un bon esprit d’équipe. Vous savez communiquer efficacement et savez fédérer, animer et impliquer les équipes. Vous êtes force de proposition et aimez solutionner les problèmes qui se présentent à vous, avec un esprit innovant. Vous évoluerez au sein d’un groupe international, votre maîtrise de l’anglais est nécessaire.Travailler chez Novo Nordisk

Chaque jour, plus de huit millions de personnes dans le monde bénéficient d’une insuline produite à Chartres. Depuis 2021, la nouvelle extension du bâtiment produit la dernière génération de dispositifs d’injection d’insuline.
