Multizone Sales and Education Coordinator (m/w/d) für das Süd Deutschland
Aufgabenstellung:
Betreuung der bestehenden Apothekenkunden & Parfümerien in der Region Durchführung von Beratungstagen zur Verkaufsförderung am POS Aufbau und Intensivierung von Kundenbeziehungen Training und Motivation des Verkaufspersonals Betreuung wechselnder Gebiete in der Region in Absprache mit dem Vorgesetzten (m/w/d) Feedback und Reporting Gewinnung von NeukundenAnforderungen:
Berufserfahrungen idealerweise im Verkauf von Kosmetikprodukten Hohe Begeisterung für den Verkauf sowie Freude in der Beratung Arbeiten mit digitalen Systemen und Tools Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Zuverlässigkeit Argumentationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und kundenorientierte Beratung Positive Ausstrahlung, wie auch selbstbewusstes und motivierendes Auftreten Zielstrebigkeit, Erfolgsorientierung sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit Wohnort im Gebiet Im Besitz eines gültigen PKW-Führerscheins ReisebereitschaftUnser Angebot:
