Notre partenaire, créé en 2008, éditeur de logiciels SaaS, propose des solutions de gestion les plus performantes pour le secteur de l'hôtellerie-restauration, spécialement conçues pour les professionnels et adaptées aux établissements multisites.
Dans le but de devenir le leader mondial de l'édition de logiciels pour l'hôtellerie-restauration, notre partenaire a mis en place une vaste stratégie de croissance externe. Aujourd'hui, sa technologie est déployée sur des dizaines de milliers de sites et est présente dans de nombreux pays.
Dans ce contexte, notre client recherche un/e Sales Development Representative pour accompagner sa croissance.
En tant que SDR, vous serez au coeur de la stratégie commerciale. Vous jouerez un rôle clé au sein de l'équipe en posant les bases du succès commercial sur le marché français.

Missions :
* Qualification et enrichissement de la base de données via du ciblage et du mapping
* Prospection outbound multicanale
* Gestion des leads entrants
* Identification & Qualification d'opportunités
* Organisation de rendez-vous et passation d'informations aux BDM (Business Development Manager)
* Gestion du pipeline
* Participation à l'amélioration continue des process
* Reporting et partage des informations stratégiques en interne

Cibles : Marché francophone
* CHR (ayant une offre Food & Beverage)
- QSR = Restauration Rapide
- FSR = Restauration Commerciale (minimum de 3 établissements)
- Restauration Collective

Interlocuteurs :
* Directeur d'Exploitation
* Directeur Opérationnel
* Head of F&B
* Responsable de l'Economat => optimisation des coûts
* Direction des Achats
* C-level => Direction d'établissement / RH

Objectifs : 4 rendez-vous via Inbound + 1 rdv via Outbound / semaine
Perspective d'évolution : évolution closing sous 12 mois

Profil recherché :

Les requis pour le poste :
* Compétences / expériences en prospection BtoB
* Capacité à passer les barrages à l'entrée ("Gate Keeper")
* Savoir appréhender un environnement logiciel complexe (1 appel pour vendre 9 produits différents)

* Autonomie & proactivité

Rémunération : Entre 30K et 35K (selon profil, expérience et motivation) + variable de 5 à 10K (détails sur demande) + Avantages en nature

R1 : Visio de 30 minutes RH
R2 : SDR Manager - Présentiel de 1h30 (1h d'entretien + 30 minutes de simulation commerciale)
R3 : Head of Sales
