Descriptif du poste

Fort de cette nouvelle alliance, chez Sowefund nous avons pour ambition de créer la plateforme de co-investissement leader aux côtés des professionnels de la Tech et de l’Impact. Pour cela, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Head of Investor Relations (CGP, Family-Offices, Banques Privées).

En relation directe avec les fondateurs de Sowefund et le comité de direction du groupe Founders Future, vous aurez pour missions principales le développement de la stratégie commerciale et l’animation du réseau de partenaires CGP, Family-Offices, Banques Privées pour soutenir la croissance du groupe.

Notamment au travers des responsabilités suivantes :

La prospection, le développement et surtout l’animation de la stratégie commerciale auprès d’un réseau de Partenaires investisseurs (CGP / CGPI / MFO / Banques privées, Institutionnels)

Organisation de roadshows, préparation des rendez-vous et des documents nécessaires (présentations, track records, etc.)

Organisation des salons et autres événements à destinations de la cible

L’animation commerciale et la gestion de la collecte des investisseurs issus des réseaux partenaires.

L’échange direct avec des investisseurs qualifiés de la plateforme.

L’organisation des reportings

Profil recherché

Formation : Bac +5 (école de commerce ou d’ingénieur, IEP ou université).

Expérience : Vous avez une expérience réussie de 5 ans en développement commercial en Private equity / Alternative assets, auprès d’une clientèle de distributeurs et de Wealth Managers.

Doté d’un tempérament commercial, vous faites preuve d’agilité, de curiosité, de ténacité et aimez travailler en équipe

Vous avez envie de travailler dans une start-up en pleine croissance et participer à un projet ambitieux
