Vos missions :
Au sein du département HR Data et Engagement, rattaché au Chef de Projet SIRH, l’apprenti HR Data Analyst aura pour principales missions de participer aux projets HR Data Group, il aura notamment la charge de :
Participer à l’organisation de réunion, et d’atelier en lien avec le projet (préparation de support, rédaction de compte rendu, etc) Accompagner l'équipe projet dans la création des tableaux de Bord en collaboration avec les pays du groupe (utilisation d'un outil de BI) : mise en place des indicateurs, ajustement, vérification des périmètres. Maintenir la documentation liée à la donnée (mapping des données ; définition) en collaboration avec les pays du groupe. Animer une communauté autour de la Data RH : s'assurer de la qualité de la donnée, du respect des règles de gouvernance par les pays Être support sur les activités de reporting du service Participer aux projets transverses liés à la Data RH Si possible, être force de proposition pour des améliorations de notre Data RH (données prédictives, cas d'usage IA).⭐ Votre profil :
Vous avez un bon relationnel, Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe, une capacité à travailler dans un réseau international au contact de différentes cultures. Vous êtes force de proposition et faites preuve de rigueur, Vous avez une appétence pour la donnée et vous êtes à l’aise sur Excel, Vous êtes à l’aise en anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.Ce à quoi vous pouvez vous attendre :
