HESPERIE CONSEIL propose ses prestations haut de gamme aux institutions du monde de la finance, Banques de Financement et d’Investissement, Asset Managers et autres acteurs de «l’industrie financière». 


Description du poste

Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients, un groupe bancaire à Paris, un Project manager Cash Management​.

 

La mission s’articulera principalement autour des activités suivantes :

 

1. Maitrise de l’offre produit et le process interne afin d’apporter l’assistance et support aux clients, commerciaux.


2. Evolutions de l’offre produit, du process de traitement des paiements, réglementaires
- Analyse des besoins réglementaires ou les besoins remontés par les clients, chef produits locaux, commerciaux, équipes opérationnelles internes
- Rédaction des notes de description de besoin
- Coordination et suivi des évolutions et projets jusqu’à leur déploiement (animation de comité..)


3. Process de validation des Nouvelles Offres/activités
- Préparation du dossier descriptif des offres
- Soumission du dossier aux Fonctions transverses pour validation (Compliance, Legal, Finance, Sécurité IT…)
- Suivi de bout en bout le process de validation, prendre en compte les recommandations et apporter les évolutions demandées


4. Documentation marketing
- Rédaction des supports de vente pour les commerciaux
- Préparation des présentations clients


5. Statistiques et mis à jour tarifaires
- Suivi des statistiques et croissance des produits SCT et SCT Inst au niveau des différents canaux et pays.
- Mise à jour des outils tarifaires, analyse des statistiques de facturation, identification du plan d’action, mise en place de l’action commerciale, suivi de la refacturation


Profil recherché

•    3 années d’expérience minimum
•    Des expériences significatives en tant que chef de projet
•    Bonne connaissance de la Banque de Réseau (particuliers, entreprises, banque privée)

•    Expérience significative sur un projet de grande ampleur

•    Aptitudes à utiliser les outils informatiques (Microsoft Project, Clarity, Rational team concert, Excel, Power-Point,….).
•    ANGLAIS et Français courant
