Contexte
Rothschild & Co recherche un(e) stagiaire au sein de l’équipe Conformité Banque d’Affaires (M&A, financial advisory, sovereign advisory) pour une durée de 6 mois à partir de juillet 2024.
Directement rattaché(e) au Directeur de la Conformité de la Banque d’Affaires, vous intègrerez l’équipe Conformité Global Advisory, Markets & Ethics composée de 5 personnes et d’un autre stagiaire. Vous serez amené(e) à travailler sur des sujets variés .
Missions
Vous participerez notamment aux missions suivantes :
Contrôle des dossiers d’entrée en relation de la Banque d’Affaires : documentation KYC, analyses réputationnelles, recherches et investigations ad hoc ;
Monitoring des alertes sanction/réputation : traitement et analyse des alertes, suivi de la qualité du dispositif (outils, process) ;
Réalisation de contrôles abus de marché : traitement et analyse des alertes, investigations abus de marché (délit d’initié, manipulation de cours) ; rédaction des déclarations de soupçon;
Assistance à l’élaboration des supports de reporting au management ;
Assistance à la mise œuvre du dispositif de déontologie (cadeaux et avantages, enregistrement téléphoniques, transactions personnelles) ;
Assistance dans les diverses missions conduites par l’équipe Conformité Global Advisory, Markets & Ethics (enquêtes AMF, réunions d’équipes, participation aux projets de l’équipe, participation aux travaux de coordination des dispositifs de conformité avec les autres métiers – banque privée, asset management, private equity)
Recherches juridiques et veille réglementaire sur tous les sujets pouvant toucher le périmètre couvert par l’équipe.
Profil
Etudiant(e) en Ecole de commerce ou en droit
Forte appétence pour les sujets règlementaires
Bases en finance de marché
Maitrise des outils du Pack Office (Excel)
Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
Anglais courant
