Shiseido EMEA, basé à Paris, couvre les activités mondiales des marques de parfum Issey Miyake, Narciso Rodriguez, Serge Lutens, Shiseido Fragrances, et Zadig&Voltaire et des marques de soin Ulé et Gallinée; ainsi que les activités et la distribution régionales de plusieurs marques du Groupe : Clé de Peau Beauté, Drunk Elephant, NARS, Shiseido Ginza Tokyo et Tory Burch.

MISSION

Au sein de l'équipe Communication Interne EMEA et sous la responsabilité de l’Internal Communication Director, vous serez chargé(e) d’accompagner l’activité du département pour renforcer la connaissance de l’entreprise par ses collaborateurs et leur sentiment d’appartenance et contribuer à la valorisation de l’image de Shiseido EMEA et de ses marques.

A ce titre, l’alterant(e) a notamment pour mission de :

1. Contribuer à la production des supports de communication interne et gérer les outils associés:

- Développement de contenu (rédaction, illustration media et mise en page) et mise à jour opérationnelle des canaux de communication interne (intranet WITH et communication mails) ;
- Publication autonome de la newsletter EMEA (définition de l’ours, rédaction, illustration et envoi) ;
- Création de vidéos pour des projets internes ;
- Production de l’agenda culturel “Discover Japan”;
- Suivi et mise à jour du calendrier éditorial du département.

2. Organiser et participer à l’organisation des événements internes :

- Organisation en autonomie des Brand Weeks en coordination avec les équipes marketing des marques ;
- Contribution à l’organisation des événements internes du RHQ (Kanpai, Town Hall, Family Day, fête de fin d’année…) ;
- Contribution à la mesure de l’impact des événements ;
- Alimentation ponctuelle de la base de données prestataires événementiels ;
- Participation à la recherche de recommandations;
- Suivi et mise à jour du calendrier des événements EMEA .

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Formation & Expérience : Bac + 4/5 en école de communication ou école de commerce, avec 6 mois d’expérience minimum dans le domaine de la communication (communication interne, externe ou événementielle) en agence et/ou chez l’annonceur.

Profil : Qualités rédactionnelles, bon relationnel,  sensibilité à l’univers cosmétique, sens de l’esthétique et créativité, dynamisme et proactivité, maîtrise des outils de communication digitaux et appétence pour les réseaux sociaux, confidentialité, capacité à travailler en équipe et de manière autonome. Bonne utilisation des outils Microsoft Office, de Canva, notions en montage vidéo et éventuellement MailChimp.

Langues : Français et anglais courant.

Date de prise de poste  : 2 septembre 2024 pour un an.
