Ce rôle à dimension internationale est basé à Paris (12ème arrondissement) au siège du Groupe.
Septodont est une ETI (entreprise de taille intermédiaire) qui conçoit, produit et distribue une large gamme de produits destinés aux chirurgiens-dentistes. **Job Summary**:

Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Communication Interne pour rejoindre notre équipe d’experts en communication interne et accompagner plusieurs programmes de transformation stratégiques.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead change program communications that have a significant people impact to make sure that we are supporting our people through transformation in a structured, clear and empathetic way.
- Develop, implement and communicate strategies and key messages in clear and concise language using a variety of communication tactics.
- Create change communications narrative to support business decisions while building trust and pride in our transformation and change programs.
- Build relationships with change program stakeholders across the organization.
- Create and deliver high-quality content for internal channels, in support of agreed initiatives, and working with the wider Internal Communications team.
- Support the Global Senior Internal Communications Manager with other Internal Communications projects as they arise.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience as an Internal Communications Specialist or Manager.
- Proven success at designing, leading and implementing change communications plans and solutions that result in behavioral and organizational change.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Highly organized and proactive in driving projects.
- Able to deal with ambiguity and last-minute changes of plans.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to produce clear, succinct and engaging business documents.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to quickly form positive relationships at all levels.
- Strong team player with a collaborative working style, skills in building strong relations across different time zones and cultures.
- Fluency in both English and French, written and verbal is mandatory.
