Dans le cadre d’une roadmap applicative ambitieuse, nous recherchons un·e Site Reliability Engineer afin d’intégrer l’équipe Agile du domaine Trésorerie de notre client final, grand compte du secteur bancaire.

Vos missions

Vous concourrez à la réalisation du backlog de l’équipe en assurant le BUILD et le RUN du périmètre applicatif avec les autres collaborateurs de l’équipe. Pierre angulaire du dispositif, vous apportez le conseil et l’expertise nécessaire pour que les sujets liés à l’exploitabilité, à l’observabilité, et à la disponibilité soit formalisés et pris en compte dans le backlog.

Vos solides connaissances en infrastructure et en automatisation (OS, middleware, cloud) contribueront à rendre l’équipe autonome et responsable de son périmètre.

Dans une démarche d’amélioration continue, vous veillerez à diffuser vos connaissances auprès de votre équipe Agile mais aussi avec le reste de l’entreprise via la guilde DEVOPS.

Vos tâches principales :

Mettre en œuvre des middlewares, operating systems, et du réseau dans une approche « as code »

  • Challenger les solutions techniques afin d’améliorer le ROI de l’application au travers d’une approche FINOPS
  • Aider l’équipe à déployer les assets dans les différents environnements à travers la CI/CD
  • Automatiser les actions manuelles (administration, installation, diagnostiques…)
  • Construire des alertes avec le reste de l’équipe afin de garantir un niveau de service optimal
  • Apporter un regard critique sur l’incidentologie de l’application afin de proposer des actions d’amélioration continue
  • Définir et mettre en place les tests de performances et de résilience de l’application
  • Aider à concevoir et à mettre en œuvre les stratégies de mise en production (blue/green, A/B testing, canary…)
  • Aider à concevoir et à mettre en place les dashboards et les métriques nécessaires pour mesurer la performance de l’application d’un point de vue métier et technique
  • Concevoir la documentation d’exploitation en collaboration avec l’équipe
Vos compétences

De formation Bac +5 (type Ecole d’Ingénieurs), vous avez au moins 5 années d’expérience dont 2 années minimum sur un poste similaire. Vous savez être force de proposition et challenger le statuquo, vous avez une bonne capacité d’anticipation, prise d’initiatives, inventivité, simplification. Esprit d’équipe, sens du service client. Esprit d’analyse et de diagnostique.

Pré-embauche client final, convention bancaire, 2 à 3 jours de TT.

Compétences

Maitrise des outils indispensables à l’exploitation d’applications dans le cloud et on premise :

Gestion des logs (ELK)

  • Monitoring & supervision (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloudwatch)

Solides connaissances en infrastructure et en scripting :
