La fonction est rattachée au Smart Plant au sein du département HES (The Hutchinson Excellence & Sustainability team supports the Group Strategy deployment, aiming for a sustainable value creation, skills development and customer satisfaction in full respect of the Hutchinson Values)

Vos principales missions

Vos principales missions sont :

Concevoir et modéliser en 3D des projets d’installation et d’organisation d’ateliers/usines, simulation de flux, études de postes Développer la structure, l’architecture et administrer les plateformes collaboratives Atis & Autodesk

Ceci nécessite l'exploitation d’outils CAD, la mise en place des règles d’utilisation, le suivi du respect de ces règles (exploitation et partage), la constitution de la bibliothèque commune d’équipements.

Assurer l’accompagnement des sites pour scanner les installations (prestations externes) et exploiter les nuages de points Assurer l’assistance directe auprès des sites avec des déplacements pour notamment réaliser les modélisations 3D (dont équipements) en collaboration avec les responsables de projets / Responsable HES / Direction de sites, les former sur les plateformes Proposer et mettre en place les guides d’utilisation des outils et de standardisation des principes de conceptions de cellule, uap, usine en collaboration avec le HES (dimensionnements des énergies et fluides, architecture, zones et flux interne/externe…) Déployer les technologies de réalité virtuelle et mixte dans le cadre de dérisquage des projets en amont des réalisations en organisant des Revues de Design sur site

Votre profil

Vous avez idéalement une formation en CAD / BIM

Vous avez des compétences en gestion de Projet / Suivi de travaux / CAD / BIM

Des compétences en principes du lean et en technique de formation

Vous êtes rigoureux, autonome, communiquant, capacité au management transversal.
