Rattaché.e à l’Accounting Director du siège international d’Ubisoft, vous êtes amené.e à évoluer en autonomie sur votre périmètre et dans le pilotage de votre équipe.

Plus précisément vos missions seront les suivantes :

Manager une équipe de comptabilité générale et auxiliaire. Etre le/la garant.e de la fiabilité des comptes et de l’application des normes comptables françaises et IFRS pour tous les sujets concernant la société Mère (financement du Groupe / production immobilisée de R&D et coûts IT/ gestion des contrats de royalties In & Out / blockchain…). Anticiper, organiser, coordonner et superviser les activités de la société Mère afin de garantir la production des reportings mensuels, semestriels et annuels S’assurer de la bonne application de la Politique de Prix de Transfert du Groupe Superviser la fiscalité : déclarations de TVA française et étrangères, RAS,Tax Pack, …. Etre responsable de la production des annexes sociales dans le cadre de la rédaction du rapport annuel Participer à l’optimisation de la comptabilité par la mise en place et rédaction de procédures. Collaborer à la mise en place du nouvel ERP comptable (Oracle Cloud) Etre l’interlocuteur/rice privilégiée des auditeurs internes et externes Gérer les contrôles fiscaux en collaboration avec la fiscaliste

Qualifications

Vous justifiez d'une forte expertise en finance/comptabilité en normes française et IFRS et d'une expérience pratique très solide en comptabilité générale et en fiscalité idéalement acquise en filiale de groupe international. Un passage en cabinet d'expertise comptable ou d’audit est fortement recommandé. Vous avez une expérience en management d’équipe, bon.ne communicant.e habitué.e à un environnement diversifié et à travailler en équipe. Profil structuré, organisé et force de proposition Bonne maîtrise d’Excel et bon niveau d’Anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral exigés
