We are offering the opportunity to join the ITS team as an ITS HRIS Expert (M/F) on a permanent contract in our Paris head office.

Reporting to the Head of ITS Corporate Functions, you will drive the design, build and lifecycle of global end-to-end HR solutions as well as operational excellence to meet business needs in an operational and financially efficient manner. You will guarantee and promote the right usage of ITS Processes, Applications and Infrastructure environments, as well as leverage on ITS Portfolio the Detail Design document, catalogue of services and existing building blocks, in close collaboration with Business Process Owners and other ITS Business & Process Analysts.

Main responsibilities:

Daily Operations

Configure and manage the EUROAPI HR applications (Workday, Cornerstone on Demand Learning Management System, payroll) following global and local functional requirements; Monitor and efficiently manage the Service Now queue for all assigned cases; Ensure applications and systems remain in a compliant state by processing change control requests for system configurations, including requirement and/or design specifications, test plans, technical evaluation and quality risk assessments.

Lifecycle

Anticipate, define and manage tools evolutions in alignment with the Business; Analyze and test new functionalities as part of the weekly updates and releases; Remain current on technology trends and Benchmark with other companies and partners to bring innovative inputs to our solutions, operating models and to our strategy; Act as leader for technology evolution monitoring in his/her area of activity; Provide technical leadership during the full lifecycle and ensure adoption and adequate uses of the solution.

Stakeholder Management

Partner with key stakeholders in delivery of HR solutions to meet business needs; Defining the roadmap for the future landscape:Assess current or future customer needs and priorities by communicating directly with customers;Understand the business requirements for the various processes in their domain and be able to challenge;Collaborating with the business to develop global business requirements.

Project Management

Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs; Establish and execute a project/activity communication plan; Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; Collaborate with peers (Enterprise Architects, other solution architects, technical architects…) to review solution design and/or introduction of new technology to ensure compliance with company standards

Our Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position

A good understanding of HR processes

A strong experience about implementation, support/maintenance, enhancement of Workday and LMS ideally Cornerstone On Demand tool.

A strong understanding of change management and excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills,

A Knowledge of digital solution such as Payroll system and PECI is a plus,

Fluency in both French and English (both written and spoken)
