Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior People Analytics Expert to join our organization and play a crucial role in supporting our International HR Teams. As part of InPost, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with experts from around the world. Your primary objective will be to aggregate, structure, and analyze human resources data to optimize operations. Leveraging your extensive expertise in data analysis and visualization tools, you will facilitate prompt resolutions to complex challenges. Join our global HR team and make an impact
Responsibilities:
Aggregate HR data from diverse sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, employee surveys, and performance evaluations. Clean, validate, and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to employee engagement, turnover, recruitment, performance, and other critical HR metrics. Prepare regular HR reports and presentations, collaborating with HR leaders and stakeholders to define and implement relevant KPIs and HR metrics aligned with organizational objectives. Design data models and develop dashboards to effectively track and visualize HR metrics. Establish benchmarks and targets for evaluating HR performance and progress. Offer data-driven insights and recommendations to inform HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development endeavors. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through the implementation of robust data governance practices. Establish and maintain HR databases, conducting audits to rectify data discrepancies or inconsistencies. Stay updated of industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and metrics. Propose process enhancements to optimize data collection, analysis, and reporting efficiency. Provide comprehensive training to teams on HR data.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a similar role. Proficiency in HR information systems and data reporting tools. Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization tools (, Excel, Power BI). Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies. Familiarity with a range of HRISs and other HR-related systems. Experience in people management Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for effectively conveying complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Strong capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Keen attention to detail coupled with a proactive problem-solving mindset. Thorough understanding of HR processes and practices. Fluency in English; proficiency in Polish language is advantageous Nice to have - basic knowledge of SQL
