BU CDMO is gathering more than 1000 employees based in 7 sites located in Europe and USA. It is a leading player in fast-growing CDMO market (ADC, Omega3…) with technology-driven differentiation such as chromatography, hazardous chemistry, cryogeny and flow chemistry
The industrial site of Chasse sur Rhône (20 min south of Lyon – served by train - 280 employees), is classified SEVESO 3 upper threshold and specializes in the development and custom production of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
Reporting to the Site Director and member of the Codir (260 people, 3 production units meeting FDA/GMP/BPF standards), you operate within the framework of a matrix organization and work closely with the Site teams (sales, projects, production, quality, finance) and Corporate. You take your position in a dynamic and ambitious context to contribute to the logistical, industrial and commercial challenges of our site.
At the head of a team (15 people including 3 managers) that you support and train on a daily basis, you manage supply chain activities (procurement, logistics, planning) in compliance with customer satisfaction objectives while ensuring the threefold cost, quality, deadline. You identify and manage continuous improvement opportunities across the entire logistics value chain, and contribute to the standardization and automation of routine supply chain operations. You deploy our S&OP management and process tools under SAP and provide training for your teams. Operationally invested in your teams, you ensure short, medium and long term planning, manage supplies and monitoring of raw materials, components and packaging, optimizing stocks and flows through appropriate measurement and performance indicators. You guarantee the reliability of data and information systems. You develop relationships with suppliers and service providers. As part of the group, you cooperate and develop synergies with other industrial sites.
Qualifications
:
You have solid experience (10 years minimum) similar in management, ideally acquired in industry (small/medium series) pharmaceutical, cosmetics, chemistry, or even others. Your technical and human leadership is proven by convincing achievements in similar positions (logistics management, Supply, Improvement, operational excellence, Demand Management, Planning,). In this strategic and operational position, we will be attentive to your personality and your potential: Committed and social manager, customer-oriented as a result, team unifier, encouraging exchanges, capable of decisions and with an entrepreneurial spirit.
You are obviously comfortable in an international industrial and business environment and speak English fluently.
