Notre client, cabinet d'avocats anglais, composé de près 200 personnes et basé dans le 8ème arrondissement de Paris, nous a mandaté pour l'accompagner sur le recrutement d'un Head of Business development/marketing & communication H/F en CDI.

Notre client, cabinet d'avocats anglais, composé de près 200 personnes et basé dans le 8ème arrondissement de Paris, nous a mandaté pour l'accompagner sur le recrutement d'un Head of Business development/marketing & communication H/F en CDI.
 

Mise en place de la stratégie de développement du bureau de Paris
 
-  Développement de la stratégie BD avec le Managing Partner France et le Comité Business
-  Proposition d'initiatives de développement (clients et secteurs d'activité cibles) conformément à la stratégie BD au niveau local et régional
-  Soutien de la mise en oeuvre des campagnes Europe et mondiales de la Firme en collaboration avec les directeurs des autres bureaux et sous la supervision de la Directrice du Business Development Europe
-  Accompagnement des associés dans leurs relations avec les grands comptes et les clients Panels et reporting à l'Europe
-  Etablissement et suivi du budget annuel Marketing / BD / Communication

 
Accompagnement des avocats
 
-  Préparation des réponses aux Panels (banques, marchés publics, etc.) et aux appels d'offres clients
-  Préparation des présentations en vue de réunions clients et participation aux réunions de planification avec les associés (Word et PowerPoint)
-  Utilisation de média et de bases de données externes et internes pour la préparation de Corporate Profiles sur des sociétés-cibles
-  Préparation des soumissions aux classements (Chambers, Legal 500, IFLR1000, etc.) et aux awards(WIBLA, Financial Times, etc.)
-  Supervision de la mise à jour des documents et des outils de suivi pour Paris (références, soumissions, appels d'offres, etc.)
-  Participation aux réunions d'équipe, coordination des plans BD, compilation des « deals », documentation BD, etc.

 
Management
 
- Assurer la collaboration étroite entre l'équipe BD et l'équipe Marketing et Communication à Paris pour développer des initiatives et actions communes, notamment : planification et organisation d'événements clients, création de brochures, biographies, LinkedIn, intranet, etc.
-  Liaison étroite avec l'équipe BD / Marketing / Communication Europe : participation aux réunions mensuelles avec les équipes locales des autres bureaux pour promouvoir le partage du savoir-faire et des meilleures pratiques
-  Encadrement et accompagnement d'une équipe à Paris dans leurs missions
-  Etablissement et suivi du budget BD, Marketing & Communication
