Notre client, Edtech internationale en croissance, a su se différencier par son positionnement (cours de langues en ligne avec une approche culturelle), sa pédagogie innovante et l’exploitation de l’IA. Dans un objectif de croissance sur un scope européen, notamment sur une clientèle B2C peu développé jusqu’alors, il crée un poste de Chief Revenue Officer, membre du CODIR et orienté performance qui se situe à la convergence entre le marketing et le sales.

Vous êtes le candidat idéal si vous possédez une expérience d’une dizaine d’années en stratégie de revenus et d’acquisition online en B2C et, idéalement, en B2B2C. Vous avez géré des stratégies de visibilité, de notoriété, de conversion et de rétention au sein de pureplayer sur un scope international. Vous avez également eu l’occasion de travailler sur l’ensemble du funnel d’acquisition pour des utilisateurs B2C sur App.

Possédant un leadership naturel, vous avez une très bonne expérience en management d’équipe multiculturelles et vous avez déjà pu coordonner des équipes sales et marketing.

Souhaitant évoluer dans un environnement international, vous parlez couramment anglais et la maitrise d’une autre langue, idéalement l’Allemand, est un plus.

Rattaché(e) directement à la CEO, vous prendrez la responsabilité de la croissance, de la stratégie de revenues et d’acquisition B2C et B2B2C sur un scope européen :

  • Croissance et leadership: Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de croissance des revenus pour installer notre client en tant que leader dans le secteur des Edtech en Europe (notamment France et DACH)
  • Diriger les équipes Marketing et Sales pour maximiser les opportunités de revenus et assurer la cohérence des actions marketing et commerciales
  • Faire de la nouvelle app sortie récemment un succès commercial et un levier de croissance pour l’entreprise
  • Piloter la stratégie d’acquisition:
    • De nouveaux partenaires en créant une stratégie marketing B2B2C sur les marchés France et DACH particulièrement permettant d’obtenir un flux qualifié d’inbound pour l’équipes sales
    • De nouveaux utilisateurs finaux qualifiés en optimisant les campagnes payantes et organiques (SEO, PPC, paid social, ASO) et développant une stratégie d’acquisition pour les applications
    • Accroitre les taux de conversion et de rétentions des utilisateurs tant sur web que sur App
    • Gérer les budgets marketing avec une approche orientée résultats en veillant à optimiser le coût d’acquisition client et partenaires
  • Définir et piloter la stratégie globale de marque et de communication de l’entreprise avec un objectif de notoriété et de visibilité, en assurant une cohérence entre tous les canaux de communication: content marketing, réseaux sociaux, RP, newsletters, partenariats, etc.
  • Accroitre l’engagement et les actions des partenaires existants auprès des utilisateurs finaux grâce notamment à des actions marketing automatisées
  • Analyser les utilisateurs et effectuer une veille concurrentielle sur les tendances du marché, à l’international, la concurrence, les données des utilisateurs, des partenaires et des parcours d’acquisition pour nourrir la stratégie marketing et commerciale et optimiser les taux de conversion
