Under the guidance of Compensation amp; Benefits Manager youll play a crucial role in ensuring our compensation practices are streamlined transparent and effectively communicated contributing directly to our goal of being an employer of choice in a fastpaced international environment
As a Compensation amp; Benefits Assistant at Qonto you will
Support the execution of various compensation cycles salary increases bonuses and equity plans by creating and managing data collection files Automate Excel files and monitor the budget to ensure efficiency and accuracy in compensation processes Collaborate with finance and team leads to ensure alignment with compensation policies Contribute to postcycle analysis and support data cleaning efforts for benchmark tools Participate in key projects including the implementation of Workday for integrated compensation and benefits management

About You
You are currently pursuing or will start a masters degree in HR or finance You possess strong Excel skills and have a keen eye for detail and design You are autonomous proactive and eager to take on handson responsibilities You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable working with finance teams and senior stakeholders You thrive in an international fastpaced environment and are excited by the opportunity to contribute to key projects
