What You'll Do:

Day-to-day HR : you will work closely with the People Business Partners to support groups of managers and employees

· Termination process : resignation, exit interviews

· Internal and international mobility processes

· Onboarding interviews & support

· General employee relation support (including answering questions related to HR processes, with the support of our People Operations team & the other People Business Partners)

Global People programs & projects

· Contribute to transversal projects such as Career Framework redesign, Talent management initiatives (Manager program, trainings, feedback culture)...

· Support the PBP during key annual programs such as Performance & Promotion processes, Talent review process, Compensation review

Analysis & KPIs

· Survey analysis & action plans (engagement survey, manager survey, HR Pulse checks...)

· Produce monthly KPIs for the scopes (headcount, turnover, diversity) to be sent to Leadership teams

Ad-hoc projects / topics

· Prepare and send the People Newsletter every 3 months

· Support the team on CSE meeting preparation, data collection for annual and quarterly mandatory information

Who You Are:


• First experience in the HR field or HR degree


• Good level of English and French


• Ability to drive and collaborate on transversal projects, in an international environment


• Willingness to grow in a global, rapidly transforming company


• Excellent administrative skills, flexibility, and adaptability to be successful in a rapidly changing and unstructured environment


• Previous experience in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, technology orientated business a plus


• Good French labor law knowledge a plus


• You are available from Aug/Sept 2024 for an apprenticeship based in Paris. Remote work is possible.
