Spécialiste du community management. Animation et gestion des communautés au sens large : réseaux sociaux, Crosscall Up, X-Camp et des campagnes digitales pour la France et l’international. 

• Élaborer une stratégie communautaire liée aux objectifs de l’entreprise et de l’équipe digitale : la réussite sur des marchés BB et BG et l’internationalisation, la synergie et l’échange entre les acheteurs et les utilisateurs de la marque. 

• Animer, engager et faire grandir les communautés Crosscall d’acheteurs et d’utilisateurs en BC et en BB.

• Développer & mettre en œuvre des stratégies de campagnes digitales performantes et créatives (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display Ads et LinkedIn Ads) 

• Optimiser le taux de conversion des campagnes 

• Pilotage et suivi des KPIs, reporting & bilans avec amélioration continue
