About the location:

All-suite private island in the heart of the French Polynesia. Spacious overwater bungalow suites, beachfront villa estates and underwater adventures welcome you at this sand-fringed idyll in the heart of French Polynesia. From our renowned luxury resort in Bora Bora, take in the island’s best views of Mount Otemanu and toast sunsets from your overwater villa’s private plunge pool, marvel at the Tahitian night sky, or simply lose yourself in our lagoon, where the waters teem with exotic reef fish and colourful corals.

Sur notre propriété à Bora Bora:

Île privée (motu) composée uniquement de suites à Bora Bora. Le Resort de luxe est composé de 108 spacieux bungalows sur l’eau, 7 villas en bord de mer, un spa-cathédrale et 5 restaurants qui offrent une expérience unique et inoubliable à nos clients dans cette idylle bordée de sable blanc au cœur de la Polynésie française.

Sur le poste:

Le/la responsable formation, qualité et prévention promeut une culture de la formation, de la qualité/du respect des standards et de la sécurité sur les postes de travail.

Ce que vous ferez:

A) Formation et Qualité

Identifie les besoins en formation en analysant les glitches, LQA, Core Standards Test… Elabore le LNA - Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) Elabore le plan de formation annuel de la propriété Créé des partenariats avec des prestataires de formation et négocie les tarifs des prestations Gère le budget de formation Gère le budget accordé par le fond paritaire Présente les chiffres de la formation au CE une fois par an Présente le plan de formation au CE une fois par an Planifie les formations mensuellement en fonction des besoins Anime et gère le « Training Council » (Conseil de la Formation qui se réunit mensuellement) S’assure que les Managers partagent la formation en briefing, meeting Participe aux briefings opérationnels pour partager des activités de formation aux standards Gère la logistique des formations Met en place de nouveaux programmes de formation au sein du Resort Anime les formations à la culture d’entreprise, Four Seasons (Embark, ASPECT, …) Evalue la qualité des formations internes et externes S’assure que toute formation en enregistrée dans Workday pour chaque participant S’assure que les formations obligatoires de la compagnie soient respectées (via Ugenius ou en salle) Exploite et communique sur les bénéfices d’Ugenius et des formations S’assure que le programme des Tupura’a soit bien suivi et respecté Forme les nouveaux Tupura’a Rencontre les Tupura’a mensuellement pour continuer à les former et recueillir leur feedback Est responsable de préparer les éléments variables de paie pour les Tupuraa S’assure que les checklist de formation des nouveaux embauchés reviennent dans leur dossier S’assure que les Standards Training Manuels sont à jour Aide les services opérationnels à conduire les programmes qualité de l’hôtel Met en place des activités de formation aux standards Est présent(e) sur le floor pour observer l’opération

B) Prévention : C oordonner tout l’aspect sécurité et prévention des risques professionnels

Travaille en partenariat avec le Directeur Sécurité ou les prestataires de formation pour mettre en place les formations nécessaires en matière de sécurité et prévention des risques en entreprise Met en place des formations pour améliorer la prévention des risques et les conditions de travail (gestes et postures, produits chimiques…) S’assure que les formations réglementaires en matière sécurité soient à jour et respectent les prescriptions légales Classe une copie de tous les certificats de formation à la sécurité dans le profil Workday S’assure de la distribution des certificats de formation originaux aux employés Vérifie les déclarations d’accident du travail en partenariat avec la DRH Organise des réunions d’analyse des accidents de travail (analyse des causes) Anime des groupes de travail pour la mise à jour du Document d’Evaluation des Risques Professionnels, afin d’améliorer la Sécurité et les conditions de travail Assure le suivi et la mise à jour du Document d’Evaluation des Risques Professionnels Participe aux réunions du CHSCT en tant que conseil technique Prépare le rapport annuel présenté un fois par an en réunion CHSCT Apporte un soutien en termes d’Hygiène et conditions de travail aux Managers opérationnels et au Directeur Sécurité Gère la veille juridique et conseille la Direction du Resort en cas de changements à mettre en place

C) Talent Management Programme

Apporte un soutien au Directeur des Ressources Humaines pour conduire la politique de gestion de la performance au sein de la propriété Conseille les Managers sur les évaluations annuelles, les plans de développement Apporte des conseils en matière de développement des compétences

D) Project

Participe à différents projets Corporate Participe aux évènements Ressources Humaines du Resort

Ce que vous apporterez:

Une expérience significative dans un poste en ressources humaines ET une expérience en formation, idéalement acquise dans l’hôtellerie de luxe A l’aise pour dispenser des formations en Français et en Anglais Bonne communication, capacité d’adaptation culturelle, capacité à créer un bon relationnel avec les salariés et les Managers opérationnels, humilité Des qualités humaines qui correspondent à notre règle d’or
