about the role
Vous serez rattachée au Product Owner sur l’offre UES afin d’apporter votre support et vos compétences pour le développement des offres du programme (process Orange TTM) sur le périmètre France et International.
Vous êtes l’interface principale du marketing et des équipes projets/avant-vente pour la définition de la roadmap d’enrichissement des offres.
Vous animez les équipes produit et vous coordonnez l'ensemble des entités contributrices : équipes internes Orange, les partenaires et éditeurs.
Vous assurez la mise en place du tableau de bord service client (suivi des tickets, KPI, changes) en Power BI et s’assurer des mises à jour.
Vous participez et assurez la mise à jour de nos process France et International avec nos éditeurs ‘Nice et Genesys’ : SLA, Release et nouvelle fonctionnalités, rapports d’audits et mise à jour de nos documents de sécurité (SRA et DoP, livre blanc).
Vous serez l’interlocuteur du marketing sur les solutions misent en place du RSE

Vous aimez les défis technologiques dans un environnement évolutif. Vous êtes diplômé (e) d'études supérieures dans un domaine technique. Vous avez un bon relationnel et l’esprit d’équipe. Vous êtes proactif et curieux. Vous avez un sens développé du service et de la satisfaction client. Vous disposez de fortes qualités rédactionnelles et d’aisance pour la prise de parole en public. Vous disposez d'un niveau d'anglais courant (lu, parlé et écrit). Vous avez une très bonne capacité à animer des réunions et à communiquer en anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit.
