Bonjour 

Je suis Pascale , Head of International Accounts chez Lyreco France. Pour soutenir notre développement commercial, je cherche un International Account Manager (H/F) en CDI.

Vos missions principales :

Afin de développer le chiffre d'affaires et la marge, vous, en tant que International Account Manager (IAM), gérez, négociez et développez les contrats internationaux dont le centre de décision est en France.

Vous êtes en charge de la coordination du contrat au niveau international et de la gestion du contrat en France pour les Comptes Leaders Internationaux dont le CA est supérieur à 1 M€.

Vous vous assurez de la relation commerciale avec les clients et communiquez les informations nécessaires aux différents services de la société.

La mission se décompose en 5 actions majeures :

La négociation et la coordination de la mise en place des accords  dans tous les pays

La gestion et le développement du chiffre d'affaires du portefeuille clients sur l'axe géographique ainsi que produits/services

La gestion de la relation commerciale  au niveau national et international

Anticiper l’échéance du contrat international et en  négocier le renouvellement  dans les conditions optimales pour Lyreco.

Un suivi et une analyse approfondie : Suivre les performances des comptes clients internationaux et identifier les tendances et les opportunités.

Le poste nécessite des déplacements.

Vous êtes :

Vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie sur  un poste de négociateur,

Capable de vous exprimer avec un  niveau d'anglais courant  (écrit+oral), impliquant d'être en capacité de tenir une négociation en anglais,

En capacité d'être organisé et autonome en gérant efficacement votre périmètre et vos priorités,

Doté d'une bonne capacité à développer votre réseau d'influence auprès de vos clients en France et à l'étranger: C-Level, Directions RSE, RH, acheteurs locaux, etc… .

Capable de travailler de manière transverse avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes,

A l'aise avec l' analyse de votre environnement et votre activité (la mise en place d'une stratégie de compte (définition des priorités, SWOT, innovation, analyse de P&L), un plan d’action ou une offre tarifaire, ..).

Conditions de travail :

Secteur géographique : rayonnement international

Déplacements en France et à l’étranger

Lieu de travail: Ile de France ou grandes métropoles (1 à 2h d'IDF en transports).
