Description du rôle :
Sous la responsabilité du directeur de l'activité Industrial & Contractors, le/la project director fournira une expertise de haut niveau en matière de gestion de projets et sera responsable de projets d'envergure, de la conception à la livraison, dans les domaines Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing, Gigafactories notamment.
Cela comprend, le lancement du projet, la planification et la définition du budget, l'exécution, le suivi du projet et la clôture du projet.
Le/La titulaire du poste sera chargé(e) de coordonner les activités de définition des besoins, de suivi de la conception technique, dobtention des autorisations administratives, de suivi de la construction et de la mise en service dans le cadre de projets clé en main, en conception-réalisation ou traditionnelle et de taille, de portée et de complexité variables.
Il/elle travaillera au sein d'une équipe locale de Project, Cost et Contract Manager confirmée qui lassisteront et aura également le support des nombreuses expertises locale et internationales dArcadis tant technique que conseil ou environnementale. Il/elle pourra également être amené à intervenir dans le cadre doffres internationales ou locales.
Vous serez responsable de toutes les activités de gestion du personnel pour les personnes relevant de votre compétence et de coordination des collaborateurs et partenaires nécessaires au projet. Outre le développement et la direction d'une équipe performante, le/la Project Director aura l'entière responsabilité de la gestion de chaque relation avec les clients afin de s'assurer que les attentes sont satisfaites et que les relations sont maintenues.
Vous aurez la capacité d'analyser les étapes clés de chaque projet en vue d'identifier et d'anticiper les risques qui pourraient survenir.
Vous appliquerez ensuite votre capacité à résoudre les problèmes pour supprimer les risques identifiés.
Le/La titulaire du poste devra faire preuve de ténacité, de flexibilité et d'adaptabilité pour fournir une expérience de gestion de projet de bout en bout dans un environnement dynamique et rapide, tout en veillant en permanence à la hiérarchisation et à l'équilibre des besoins de l'organisation, de l'équipe et du client.
Diplômes et expérience :
Titulaire dun Bac + 5 ou équivalent dans le domaine de la construction, avec une expertise de 7 ans minimum sur un poste similaire dans le domaine de la construction industrielle ; Maîtrise de lenvironnement contractuel Français (Code Civil, CCAG Marchés Publics / Privés, ) et dautres contrats standardisés (FIDIC, NEC, etc.) ; Appréciant le mode de travail collaboratif et habitué(e) à travailler dans un environnement international (maitrise de l'anglais professionnel) ; Candidat(e) orienté(e) client avec une forte curiosité technique, une grande capacité danalyse et de synthèse ; Mobile pour des déplacements ponctuels ayant un périmètre daction national ou Européen. Expérience probante en entreprise de construction ou en gestion de projet ; Maitrise du package MS Office ; La maitrise de lAnglais est obligatoire.Nous ne pouvons atteindre nos objectifs que si chacun a la possibilité de donner le meilleur de lui-même.
