Description du poste

Contexte 

Forte de plus de 500 consultant·e·s, la Practice CTO Advisory de Wavestone a pour vocation d’accompagner les projets complexes de transformation digitale de nos clients depuis le cadrage stratégique à leur implémentation et la conduite du changement associée. CTO Advisory adresse l’ensemble des transformations technologiques et organisationnelles des Chiefs Technology Officer. Nous travaillons donc main dans la main avec les consultant·e·s des practices sectorielles, au sein d'équipes multi-spécialistes, afin d’adresser l’ensemble de ces enjeux de transformation.

Aujourd'hui, l'intelligence artificielle générative (IA générative) révolutionne de nombreux secteurs de l'économie, ouvrant un champ d'innovation inédit pour les entreprises . Ces technologies, allant des modèles de langage comme GPT-4 aux réseaux génératifs antagonistes (GAN) permettant la création d'images, de vidéos ou de musiques, font désormais partie intégrante de l'écosystème numérique.

Cependant, le déploiement de ces outils innovants soulève des questions essentielles pour les Directions des Systèmes d'Information (DSI). Comment intégrer ces technologies dans le système d'information existant ? Quels sont les risques associés en termes de sécurité et de confidentialité des données ? Comment s'assurer que leur utilisation est éthique et conforme à la réglementation ?

En outre, l'IA générative a le potentiel de transformer les opérations des DSI, en automatisant certaines tâches et en offrant de nouvelles opportunités pour la prise de décision, l'optimisation des processus, et la personnalisation de l'expérience utilisateur. Ces avantages prometteurs doivent cependant être mis en balance avec les défis d'intégration, de formation et de gouvernance qui se posent.

Ce stage a donc pour but d'explorer en profondeur ces différentes dimensions, pour permettre aux DSI de se préparer de manière optimale à l'ère de l'IA générative.

Objectif du stage 

L’objectif de ce stage est de compléter le savoir-faire de Wavestone sur l’IA générative et son impact sur la DSI des entreprises, tout en offrant au stagiaire une chance unique de comprendre les enjeux et défis de cette technologie.

Travaux à réaliser 

En autonomie sur votre sujet et avec l’encadrement d' expérimenté.e, vous serez amené.e à réaliser, en anglais ou en français , tout ou partie des travaux suivants :

Étude approfondie de l'IA générative et ses applications dans l'entreprise ; Analyse des défis et opportunités que l'IA générative présente pour les DSI ; Conception et mise en œuvre de scénarios d'utilisation de l'IA générative dans un contexte d'entreprise ; Évaluation des risques de sécurité, de respect de la vie privée et d'éthique associés à l'IA générative ; Proposition de stratégies pour les DSI pour tirer parti de l'IA générative tout en gérant ses risques.

En parallèle,  vous participerez en tant que stagiaire à une ou plusieurs missions de conseil auprès de nos clients , en étant intégré.e dans une équipe de placée sous la responsabilité d’un de mission.

Vous pourrez être amené.e à interroger des entreprises, des éditeurs, ou des start-ups et le travail réalisé pourra faire l’objet de publication(s) et être partagé au sein de la practice.

Vous aurez également l’opportunité de développer votre expertise en suivant des formations, dispensées par nos ou des partenaires, mais aussi en auto-formation via l'accès à de nombreuses plateformes de e-learning & Moocs. 

Qualifications

É au sein d'une grande école d'ingénieurs, de management ou d'une grande université, vous êtes attiré.e par le conseil et vous possédez une forte appétence pour l’IT.

Vous souhaitez développer des compétences liées au métier du conseil et aux problématiques de transformation des organisations.
