Description du poste

Contexte

Forte de plus de 500 consultant·e·s, la practice CTO Advisory de Wavestone a pour vocation d’accompagner les projets complexes de transformation digitale de nos clients depuis le cadrage stratégique à leur implémentation et la conduite du changement associée. CTO Advisory adresse l’ensemble des transformations technologiques et organisationnelles du Chief Technology Officer. Nous travaillons donc main dans la main avec les consultant·e·s des practices sectorielles, au sein d'équipes multi-spécialistes, afin d’adresser l’ensemble de ces enjeux de transformation. 

Depuis la crise Covid, et la généralisation massive du télétravail dans les entreprises, l’environnement et le mode de travail des collaborateurs ont été largement modifiés. En effet, dans la plupart des grands groupes, il est aujourd’hui possible de travailler la moitié du temps sur site et l’autre moitié du temps en télétravail/distanciel, pour les métiers se prêtant à ce mode de fonctionnement.

Certaines entreprises, laissent même à leurs collaborateurs, la possibilité de travailler 100% du temps en télétravail.

Dans ce contexte, les méthodes d’accompagnement au changement des grandes transformations IT auprès des collaborateurs, et les outils de collaborations, sont amenés à évoluer.

Comment accompagner les utilisateurs alors qu’ils ne sont plus en permanence sur site et leur assurer un support de qualité ? Comment construire une campagne de conduite du changement efficace avec ce nouveau mode de travail hybride ? Comment mesurer et conserver l’engagement des collaborateurs à distance et anticiper sur les futures grandes transformations comme l’arrivée du métaverse ?

Pour pouvoir adresser ces questions, que se posent nos clients et répondre aux besoins de demain, il est nécessaire d’investiguer ces différents sujets afin de construire nos convictions.

Objectif

L’objectif de cette expérience est de répondre à un sujet d'étude portant sur l'un des aspects de la redéfinition de l’environnement de travail des collaborateurs. A travers cette analyse, le ou la stagiaire/ se forgera une vision et la matérialisera dans des livrables de conseil à la hauteur des standards du cabinet.

Ces livrables alimenteront les connaissances et la vision du cabinet et seront utilisés pour répondre avec pertinence à nos missions futures.

Travaux à réaliser 

En autonomie sur votre sujet et avec l’encadrement d' expérimenté.e, vous serez amené.e à étudier l’un des sujets suivants :

Définir les ingrédients/recettes pour réaliser une campagne de conduite de changement efficace dans un environnement de travail hybride Comment mesurer et conserver l’engagement et le sentiment d’appartenance à une organisation des collaborateurs dans un environnement de travail hybride ? Quel va être l’impact du métaverse sur le mode et méthode de travail des collaborateurs ? Est-ce que l’ensemble des métiers et des secteurs seront impactés par ce changement technologique ? Quelle méthode d’accompagnement et d’adoption proposer à nos clients, pour appréhender cette transformation ? ….

Vous réaliserez a minima, en anglais ou en français , une note de cadrage en début de stage et une synthèse ou restitution à l’issue de ce dernier. Ce travail s’inscrit dans une démarche projet identique à celle d’un projet client.

En parallèle,  vous participerez en tant que stagiaire/ à une ou plusieurs missions de conseil auprès de nos clients , en étant intégré.e dans une équipe de placée sous la responsabilité d’un de mission.

Vous pourrez être amené.e à interroger des entreprises, des éditeurs, ou des start-ups et le travail réalisé pourra faire l’objet de publication(s) et être partagé au sein de la practice.

Vous aurez également l’opportunité de développer votre expertise en suivant des formations, dispensées par nos ou des partenaires, mais aussi en auto-formation via l'accès à de nombreuses plateformes de e-learning & Moocs. 

Qualifications

É au sein d'une grande école d'ingénieurs, de management ou d'une grande université, vous êtes attiré.e par le conseil et vous possédez une forte appétence pour l’IT.

Vous souhaitez développer des compétences liées au métier du conseil et aux problématiques de transformation des organisations.
