The objective of the FVL Business Development Car as a Customer (CaaC) Manager is to identify, qualify and close new opportunities for selling CEVA’s Finished Vehicle Logistics capabilities to customers and prospects, with a special focus on the CaaC pillar of the FVL product strategy. 
The CaaC pillar aims at diversifying the product offering to embrace automotive value chain transformation (e.g. car subscription, pay-for-use, digital sales, direct to customer distribution, fleets electrification etc.).

The successful candidate will build profitable and recurring revenue streams from customers of this field, and especially developing the special transport activities (i.e. showroom, vintage, luxury, prototypes etc.) into new geographies (within Europe) and with new clients.
He will also act as multiplicator towards the European cluster teams and share knowledge and expertise to support them in their local development.

The position will also require adapting CEVA’s strategy within Europe to reflect changes within the marketplace.

• Responsible for achieving regional growth targets of FVL CaaC sub-product in line with the global and regional FVL product and BD strategies.

• Lead FVL CaaC-specialized regional BD organization (functional reporting and training) to ensure ideal conditions for product focused sales activity.

• Sell to Elite and SME accounts and collaborate with FVL product organization to provide regional FVL expertise on major as well as local opportunities to ensure that customer requirements are fully converted into solutions.

• Hunt for new FVL business both with existing clients and prospects.

• Collaborate with regional/country/cluster FVL product team to develop capabilities and facilitate CEVA product synergies and upsell.
