Within ATR Support & Services organization in Toulouse, the Department "Customers Relation & Field Service" is the main interface of ATR customers for all topics related to their in-service fleet.

The team is divided in 2 groups:

- the Customer Support Directors are in charge of the global relationship with the customers. They are the voice of the customers within ATR, the voice of ATR for customers, contributing to and monitoring ATR Customers global satisfaction throughout their ATR fleet operations (maintenance, engineering, logistics, flight operations, etc.)

- the Field Service Representatives are in charge of supporting ATR airlines with their aircraft maintenance and operations, from the field. Based at customer's premises or in a regional office, their mission is to ensure fleet performance, meaning maximum aircraft availability with optimized maintenance cost.

The apprentice will participate and contribute to most activities of the department, with a sense of collaboration & autonomy. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to join the team.

ACTIVITIES

Your main tasks consist in:

• Managing the continuous improvement of the processes and tools of the Department

• Supporting the Customer Support Directors in monitoring, developing and maintaining customer satisfaction through ATR customers survey and associated action plan

• Providing enhanced & up-to-date library of presentations, tools and templates to ensure efficient communication with ATR customers during on-site visits or virtual meetings

• Supporting the Customer Support Directors in the preparation of senior management meetings with customers

• Leading improvement projects (examples: definition of a process for the induction of new comers in the team, optimization of Customer account creation, etc.)

• Optimizing and maintaining internal reporting of the team, to increase Customer operations knowledge within ATR

• Optimizing and maintaining Department Dashboard to monitor main KPIs

• Preparing and organizing the resolution and communication of important customer topics (ex: technical data, aircraft configuration upgrades, airworthiness topics)
• Improving / Implementing new digital and collaborative tools to improve team efficiency in its daily activity

PROFILE

Apprenticeship student at Level 7 or Master degree or graduate engineer program or business school, in the field of project management, quality management applied to customer relations.

Ils sont la voix des clients au sein d'ATR, la voix d'ATR pour les clients, contribuant à et surveillant la satisfaction globale des clients d'ATR tout au long de leurs opérations de flotte ATR (maintenance, ingénierie, logistique, opérations de vol, etc.)

• Les Représentants de Terrain ou Field Service Representatives sont chargés de soutenir les compagnies aériennes ATR dans la maintenance et les opérations de leurs avions, sur le terrain. Basés sur les sites des clients ou dans un bureau régional, leur mission est d'assurer la performance de la flotte, c'est-à-dire une disponibilité maximale des avions avec des coûts de maintenance optimisés.

L'apprenti participera et contribuera à la plupart des activités du département, avec un sens de la collaboration et de l'autonomie. Nous recherchons une personne dynamique et enthousiaste pour rejoindre l'équipe.

ACTIVITES

Vos tâches principales consistent à :

• Gérer l'amélioration continue des processus et des outils du département

• Soutenir les Customer Support Directors dans le suivi, le développement et le maintien de la satisfaction client grâce aux enquêtes auprès des clients d'ATR et au plan d'action associé

• Fournir une bibliothèque de présentations, d'outils et de modèles améliorés et à jour pour assurer une communication efficace avec les clients d'ATR lors des visites sur site ou des réunions virtuelles

• Soutenir les Customer Support Directors dans la préparation des Senior management meetings

• Diriger des projets d'amélioration (exemples : définition d'un processus pour l'intégration des nouveaux arrivants dans l'équipe, optimisation de la création de compte client, etc.)

• Optimiser et maintenir les rapports internes de l'équipe, pour augmenter la connaissance des opérations clients au sein d'ATR

• Optimiser et maintenir le tableau de bord du département pour surveiller les principaux indicateurs de performance

• Préparer et organiser la résolution et la communication des sujets clients importants (ex : données techniques, mises à jour de configuration des avions, sujets de navigabilité)

• Améliorer / mettre en œuvre de nouveaux outils numériques et collaboratifs pour améliorer l'efficacité de l'équipe dans son activité quotidienne

PROFIL

• Etudiant en apprentissage de niveau 7 ou Master ou formation d'ingénieur ou école de commerce, dans le domaine de la gestion de projet, de la gestion de la qualité appliquée à la relation client.
